1. Products and Availability
   We offer a variety of indoor plants, pots, and gardening essentials. All products are subject to availability. In case an item goes out of stock, we will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.
2. Orders and Payments
   Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Orders are processed only after successful payment.
3. Shipping and Delivery
   Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. We’re not liable for delays caused by courier services.
4. Returns and Replacements
   We don’t accept returns after delivery. However, if a plant dies within 60 days, we offer a one-time free replacement.
5. Custom and Bulk Orders
   Contact us 7–10 days in advance. Customizations are chargeable and must be confirmed early.
6. Use of Content
   All content belongs to TrulyFresh. Do not reuse without permission.
7. Pricing
   Prices can change due to supply or logistics. The price at checkout is final.

Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy
   We don’t accept returns after delivery due to the nature of live plants. If there’s damage, share a photo within 48 hours for a replacement.

60-day Plant Replacement: If your plant dies within 60 days, we’ll replace it once for free.

1. Cancellation Policy
   Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refunds
   Refunds are offered if:

• Product is unavailable.
• You cancel on time.
• There is a valid unresolved issue.
